In the absence of any specific brand exercise done, the brand had evolved on its own over the last many years to be what it was. The client wanted to give a deliberate direction to the brand by understanding the taget consumers and positioning the brand accordingly.

Our Solution

We started by doing an audit to understand where the brand stands today. This was followed by an extensive in-depth consumer research exercise leading to consumer insights which in turn led to the brand strategy and brand positioning. Once these were finalised, the next steps were setting up the communication strategy, digital marketing strategy, content startegy & social media strategy.
